The educational aspect. I managed to learn what it was my body needed not only to burn fat but to actually function. I used to suffer with my bowel movements meaning I'd only go once every 3 days minimum was always bloated and suffered. My metabolism has changed like day and night! now have bowel movements atleast daily and no bloating or pain. I am so thankful I can do the change not only because it's healthy but because I feel better! I have learned to feed my body what it needs to function properly and I am happy with it not dreading what I have to eat and do to achieve it like a certain diet.

WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST WIN OF THE CHALLENGE?

This challenge really got me motivated again! Fueling my body the right way and seeing noticeable fat loss and feeling good and not feeling depleted was my biggest win. It got me excited for my long term goals again and it was just fun to do something for myself again.
