Gilbert Rios is a Marine veteran and former sheriff’s deputy who hosts the Fit for Duty podcast and is the author of Breaking the Blue Wall, both dedicated to ending the silence around first responder mental health. 

He spent years living the same stress, sleep deprivation, and burnout most first responders face today.
