These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Resilient Responder Coaching LLC ("company", "us", "we") website, services, digital products, coaching programs, and merchandise. The purpose of this website (the “website” or the “Site”) is to include helpful information related to Fitness. If you do not wish to abide by these Terms, then you may click away at any time. Your continued use and enjoyment of the information and resources of this Site indicates that you agree and consent to these Terms and Conditions.

We offer digital coaching packages (e.g., 8 Weeks to Fit for Duty, 1:1 coaching (Rapid Response Method), MAC, Starter Kit), digital pdf guides, and branded merch. All descriptions are subject to update.

13. Refund policy

Coaching Programs
All coaching programs, including group coaching, challenges, digital products, and courses, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these services—delivered through personalized plans, digital access, and proprietary materials—once a program has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you are fully committed before enrolling.


1:1 Coaching
Refunds for 1:1 coaching are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your most recent payment. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.


Merchandise
Refunds or exchanges for merchandise (apparel and accessories) are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, wear and tear, or buyer’s remorse. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas


User Generated Content and Related Rules

Damages: Arbitrators may not award punitive or consequential damages

Costs: The prevailing party may be awarded all reasonable costs and fees

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in El Paso County, Texas.


Statute of Limitations

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of when the claim arises. Failure to do so will result in the claim being permanently barred.


Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
